We have been using natural yeast since we opened in 2006.
We have four types of all natural yeast. Wheat.Raisin.Rye and Rice.
They are used in all of our breads.
We use natural yeast. We make breads with vegetable and rice that we buy from local stores. We work hard every day to bring a feeling of happiness through bread to young and old alike.

Hinohikari Rice from Asuka village is folded into the dough made of homemade flour,making a crispy pie!!
By request,we add homemade custard cream into the pie.
