11. Refund and Return Policy

Refund and Return Cases:

• If the products are lost before delivery.
• In case of a defect in the product.
• If the product is damaged during transportation
• If an incorrect product is delivered to the user.
• We appreciate your understanding and strive to ensure a smooth and comfortable shopping
  experience for our customers.

Refund and Return Procedures:

• For all the above-mentioned cases, products can be replaced, or a credit equivalent to the product value will be issued to the User’s account on the website, provided that a replacement/return request is submitted within the specified timeframe of 24 hours from receiving the order.
• If we are unable to ship the product to the User, the product price will be refunded using the same method of payment. For items purchased in cash, refunds will be issued in cash. For items purchased via debit/credit card, refunds will be processed through the same card, which may take 5 to 10 business days. In both cases, the User will bear the delivery fees, card transaction fees, and any additional charges incurred by the shipping partner.
• In case of a return request and refund, the product number and reason for the return must be sent via our bakery’s email address listed below. Upon our approval, the user must send the product back. Once received, the credit will be added to the user’s account on our website. We will not be responsible for any product returned without prior confirmation.
• For defective products, the defect will be verified in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on the purchase invoice.
• Please retain all goods intended for return or replacement in their original packaging with intact internal packing and attach the original purchase invoice. No exchange or refund will be accepted without these items.

This Terms of Use is governed by and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislations applicable and in effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is fully and entirely subject to the regulations enforced by the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. All prices displayed on Our Bakery are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of shipping fees, and it may be modified from time to time.
3. Promotional or marketing offers provided by Our Bakery are temporary and may be amended or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of Our Bakery.
4. Both parties to these Terms must ensure that their interactions comply with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the nature of the relationship between our Bakery and the User.
5. This Terms of Use may only be terminated by a decision issued by the management of Our Bakery.
